Navigating Stress

Navigating Stress is a comprehensive course covering the science and causes of stress. Handling stress in the moment, using mindfulness and meditation, accepting negative emotions, and the science behind your stress are some of the topics covered. Because stress affects individuals differently the lessons contain a variety of coping strategies that can be personalized for what works best for you. Each of the 50 lessons may not be directly applicable to you, and are included to provide a comprehensive treatment of the topic.
